GFF Run Club 🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️Join the Community! Starting April 2025
This run club isn’t for elite runners looking to PR their marathon time…. it’s for anyone looking to build their running volume, improve their endurance, and enjoy running with a supportive community! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to add more structured runs to your week, this is the perfect place to train alongside like-minded people.
Meeting Spot: We ALWAYS meet at Grit Force Fitness (GFF), 345 1st Ave. Neepawa. Show up early!! We ALWAYS start on time!
What You Need to Know:
✅ A properly fitted pair of running shoes is highly recommended! The right shoes help prevent discomfort and keep you running strong.
✅ If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll switch to a programmed training session inside the gym…. you’ll need clean indoor shoes for this.
✅ This is a fun, welcoming space to improve your running at your own pace… no experience required!

DATES: April 13 – May 21, 2025 (Sundays at 10am and Wednesday evenings at 6pm) 6 weeks, 12 in-person sessions, 6 homework sessions!!
