High Protein Pancake Recipe

Here’s a simple recipe for Healthy High-Protein Pancakes using Perfect Sports Diesel Protein Powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Perfect Sports Diesel protein powder (flavour of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup oats (use gluten-free oats if needed)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 banana (for sweetness)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk alternative)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, banana, egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cook the Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
    • Pour the batter onto the pan, forming small pancakes.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Serve:
    • Top with your favourite healthy toppings like fresh fruit, a drizzle of maple syrup, or almond butter.
