Welcome to Grit Force Fitness—where fitness meets community and grit drives success! This week, we’re excited to introduce you to the heart and soul behind it all: Sherrie Hockin (nee White), born and raised right here in Neepawa.
The Journey to Grit Force Fitness
Sherrie opened Whitey’s Fitness Body Shop in 2007, driven by her passion for helping people of all ages reach their full potential through fitness. After years of growth and transformation, the gym rebranded as Grit Force Fitness in October 2023, moving into its new home at 345 1st Avenue, Neepawa.
With over 20 years of experience as a coach and trainer, Sherrie has led thousands of classes, ranging from HIIT and Olympic lifting to youth fitness, yoga, and functional training. Along with her role as a group coach, she’s also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, helping clients achieve their goals with a personalized and holistic approach.
