If you are squeezed for time and finding it hard to make classes due to a busy schedule, then this is the ideal class for you!
This 40-minute class includes a cardio workout plus muscle strength and muscle endurance exercises. All exercises can be modified; all fitness levels are welcome. This class will leave you feeling more energised and ready to face the second half of the workday!
